Nora Glanz's bakery and fine desserts
Nora Glanz's fine pastries
and desserts o
riginate in
traditional family recipes. They come from the old country especially from
Germany and Poland. Young Nora learnt the art of making her pastries one by one
from the hands of her grandmother and her mother in Neuquen, Patagonia,
Argentina.
This is the place where she
was born and raised, a region at
the foot
of the Andes, famous for its delicious berries and fruits that lend themselves
so well to be used for beauty and taste in tarts, big or small, luscious cakes
and fresh desserts served as a culmination of a fine meal.
For some time she's been giving her new customers in the United States the chance to experience the results of her sure touch while recently incorporating some of the South's best kept secrets.
